Perfect strong case for large wayfarer reading glasses
I am very happy with this case, and have returned to buy a second one.I buy wayfarer-style reading glasses from Amazon (these have very large lenses), which come with a fabric case that always slides off. This case is perfect for holding these reading glasses, and protecting them far better than the fabric sleeve. I buy the glasses in a 6-pack (they come in different colors), so a second case will be handy.Pros:1. Sturdy2. Soft microfleece lining2. Affordable3. Large enough for (large) wayfarer-style glassesCons:0. Nothing; I'm entirely happy with this caseI see people posting about the hinges wearing out; I will update when this happens to me, but my guess is that it will be years for my use case. (This goes into my purse, but I am opening and closing it every day.)p.s. I just got my second one, and am reminded how exceptionally well packaged these are. The glasses case comes in a cardboard sleeve, wrapped in bubble wrap, wrapped in tissue, tucked in a plastic bag. There is a LOT of wrapping to remove to get to the glasses case.

Excellent case, just the right size for my large ...
Excellent case, just the right size for my large frames. I'm going to order more of these because the hinge springs break on all eyeglass cases in about 6 months from metal fatigue. The only thing that would make these better is having a lip on one side of the clamshell. It would do two things. Make the case easier to open, and keep it from getting crushed in a cargo pocket. Non-lipped cases always seem to get pushed sideways distorting the case which accelerates destruction of the hinge springs.I'm not taking a star off for that because it's common to most eyeglass cases.

great case, but a bit small.
these are a bit smaller than I thought ... seems like a sturdy case. but not great for my needs.

Good Value for This Product
Good solid eyeglass case and my reading glasses fit well inside the case. Hoping the springs last as this is the problem I typically have with these type of cases; only time will tell. Case is a bit larger than I anticipated yet still fits inside one of my briefcase pockets.

Great Compact Case
So far so good. The quality seems ok but these cases typically fail eventually from the springs and won't stay closed. I don't expect this one to be any different but I can leave it at 5 stars until I see reason to change it.One thing to note would be the size is a little small and it might run into issues with larger sunglasses like aviators with very large eye pieces. Other than that it is a very compact case that seems to work fine for me so I can recommend it.

Smaller Case
Case was too small to fit any of my glasses, particularly at the length, where the sides/temples didn’t fit.

Great buy
Was skeptical due to the low cost but was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Worth every penny.

Great eyeglass case
Very nice eyeglass case. Well constructed, sturdy, soft interior lining, easy to open, fits my sunglasses and my regular glasses

Case as Expected. Didn't Travel Well.
(Full Review)I was looking forward to receiving this case as my previous one seriously needed replacing due to the usual wear&tear with the inner styrene casing splitting and broken spring that all cases of this style suffer eventually.I figured while I was ordering a new case I would get one wide enough to fit not only my glasses but also the added silicone ear hooks I use so the sides stay in place.Up til now i couldn't fully close the case my glasses came in as it would bend and/or damage the ear hooks so I tended to leave the case open, place glasses in then lay a microfiber cleaning cloth over the top when I went to sleep. With this case I can just about fit them in while only slightly bending hooks which is fine and I can completely close the case as I wanted to do.Unfortunately with this case coming from Amazon US I expected they would have provided extra padding within the packaging to protect the item on it's journey. Sadly it wasn't and the case was in a plasic sleeve with no additional padding. This was placed in a thin brown paper bag with a very fine inner bubble wrap layer. The result being that on it's travels the case was squashed out of alignment as you can see in the photos aswell as 2 small dents to the outer casing, also seen in the photos.I will keep it as my last case truly needs to be chucked away but this warping out of alignment despite being slight will mean this new case won't last as long as it would have done. The inner styrene layer is fine. It's very thin so I don't think it'll withstand too much use before splitting but as I said above this is normal wear&tear on this type of case so I expected it to be like this. The case itself is lighter in weight than I expected but is sturdy and will protect the contents from damage. The spring at the rear is of a normal strength. Too strong and it snaps at your fingers, too weak and it won't stay closed so not to sound like the nursery rhyme but this one is 'Just Right'!I suspect it will loosen over time as they all do with constant use.I would have given this item 4 stars however I felt I had to drop another star due to the product damage received from reduced padding so hopefully the seller will take note of this for future buyers outside US.Value for money (in perfect condition) I think this is slightly overpriced and see it around £9-£11, however I would still recommend it as there aren't many hard cases that are as wide as this so it serves a need in the market and I'm grateful it's available.Thankyou for reading my Full Review and if you've found it at all Helpful then please let me know.
