The Best Roller!!
I was on the lookout for a back roller but found that many other options with reviews showing the roller breaking apart from the inside.......yikes!!I can confirm this roller does not have that issue!!!It is a little wider circumference which is great for my lower and mid back.It's very dense, no warping so it gets all the knots and sore spots perfectly!I also did get the 12 inch which is perfect to store somewhere out of the way.The best $8 spent!! It's been a year of using this on an almost nightly basis and still in perfect condition.

Small and light. But durable and effective
Works as advertised. Super light weight and easy to fit in gym bag. Was super cheap and is pretty durable for the material it’s made out of. Definitely would recommend if you need a back roller for cheap, it does the job.
