Ordered Nude 40 for my medium asian skin and it looks amazing. I actually just apply w my fingers as to not waste any product, but I can see how ppl are annoyed that there is no sponge included. I wanted a high spf chemical sunscreen foundation that will block uv and blue light. This is great for touchups and full face use. I usually apply a chemical spf moisturizer and use this bc they are compatible as the minerals used (titanium oxide and iron oxides) are coated and formulated together w the spf. so I'm not mixing different types of sunscreens and degrading the chemical spf moisturizer in the process. Still looking for a mineral sunscreen that doesn't feel like I painted oil on my face.

I have fair, easily sunburned skin and this product is great for the SPF 50; and the coverage is better than a liquid foundation. I still wear a hat and try to be careful when out in the sun, but I haven't gotten sunburned once when I've used this product even when I've been on the go all day outdoors sightseeing and enjoying the seaside views from hiking trails. It comes with a sponge the same round size as the product and is separated from the product by a mirror compartment. The compact can be easily carried with you. I apply a moisturizer to my face and neck first and let that absorb in for a few minutes, then I put the product on with the included sponge, dabbing it around my face and neck lightly then I use a foundation brush to blend it evenly to my hairline and down my neck. It doesn't show my fine lines and looks very natural on me this way and also helps to conceal my rosacea. This is not a treatment for rosacea, you have to see a dermatologist for treatment, but as a cosmetic this is good and doesn't irritate my rosacea prone skin. I have been wearing this foundation for over a year now and I'm almost to the end of my second compact, I haven't had any problems with the product at all and I'd recommend it to anyone with fair, sensitive, skin. I think the hardest thing is to choose the right shade for your skin. I've used the lighter shade, natural ivory, and the buff, they are very slightly different in color. With both shades I've noticed that if I apply it too heavily it doesn't look right to me.

I love this makeup and have been buying it for years. I just received my order which I buy from the same seller 3 times a year (3 each order). This last time I did not receive any sponges. The product was sealed so I am assuming that it a defect from the manufacturer. I didn't open them for a month or so and was unable to contact seller at that point. Be sure and open when you receive to make sure the sponge is in there.

Neutrogena makes a very good product. There are very few makeup products that have a high suncreen rating. due to years of sun damage to my skin, I must wear a very high sunscreen of 45 or higher. This product meets those needs and travels very well, especially since it is not a liquid I have no problems at airport check points. It can be a little heavy on the face and needs some blending with the accompanying sponge but does very good coverage. I have bought more of the compacts to carry in my purse and luggage.

ok. I'm new to makeup, foundation and bb creams. I bought this looking for a sunscreen and makeup that I can touch up during the day, mainly for sunscreen and to keep my skin young. Honestly I don't know if I like this it has a creamy texture that doesn't blend good with other products, it moves a lot in the skin even with primer, at some point you don't know if you are taking the product or putting it on. At the end I like it better on clean skin without primer or anything. Also if your are using other things like foundation or concealer over it, it wont stay it would cake and move. If you put them before they gonna be wipe out. Another thing this product makes the skin looks shiny particularly oily skin, but you can use powder. Blush doesn't stay long due to creamy moving texture. For covering if you have break dry skin its going to stand out or flake, but it does the job and covers blemishes and even out the skin. I reapply this product during the day two times and had no problem or build up but still the flakes. Finally I don't like the creamy texture for reapplication on summer with the heat or dirt (felt like melting). But my skin felt smooth and moisturize after a long day of reapplying this product which I really liked. My recommendation it's mixed but personally I won't buy it again.

I use this product because I have terrible melasma (dark spots) after 5 pregnancies. Neutrogena covers it up better than 99% of the other products I've found and the SPF 55 is a necessity for me to keep my melasma from darkening in the sun. I use this daily. A little advice to make it last longer: apply it using a flat silicone makeup applicator rather than the sponge applicator included in the package. I've found this to be helpful for ALL of my foundations and creams! Not only do the sponge applicators absorb the oils from your skin (which you would ideally wash often), but I can't believe how much of the makeup ends up living inside the sponge (or being washed down the drain if you wash the sponge.) The silicone applicator is SO much easier to clean, doesn't absorb any of the oils/dirt from your skin, and, most importantly for me, it requires you to use a LOT less of the makeup because a silicone sponge doesn't absorb any of the product that's meant to be put on your skin. Neutrogena Healthy Skin Compact Makeup will be in my makeup bag as long as they keep making it, especially since I can buy it online for less than the local stores charge AND I've found a more efficient way to apply it that makes each compact last an extra few days.

Love the product..usually purchased in store but Neutrogena isnt in stores near me anymore.. so I tried it theough here. Same product BUT here, the case was cracked and being held together where the closer tape is so upon opening the first time, wont click shut... and no sponge was included. Umm... okay??... I guess it's still better then nothing?!?!

Me quedo muy bien a mi piel grasa, no tiene la esponja, me descepcionó un poco eso, pero al leer la referencia me di cuenta que ya no se vende con esponja, así que el producto si es lo que promete y yo que compro muchos protectores solares, este ha sido mi favorito.

This product was pleasant to use and matched my skin tone well so I would definitely recommend it. It is also convenient to carry around in a handbag.

Uso el protector solar para rostro de neutrogena, spf 70, pero pasa que durante el día la protección se va con el sudor. Este producto recién lo use y además de maquillar da la protección solar con un excelente spf. Sólo sugiero que no lo apliquen en el contorno de ojos porque se hacen unas leves arrugas, por lo que debe aplicarse sólo en el rostro. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
