Buying those plastic fuel pumps on either purchasing site is so frustrating because they don't last. Crack leak, and not safe when they leak with gasoline.Watched a video on a guy that made his own fueling unit that works fantastic and made of steel, did you see that? Made of steel..Trying to find a power wire for a switch just like the wires on the tank sprayers in North Tool that way the operator has control on the activation of the pump during the pumping process. These work and pump not fast but enough for filling your mowers, tillers, or gas machines around your home safely.

I have three of these. Currently in two vehicles and one as a backup. No problems at all. Buy them!

What can i say? I'm using this as a low fuel pressure pump to keep a swirl tank full...i could've went smaller, but this think is a beast. it keeps the tank full and there's a healthy discharge back into the main tank. i should get a spare as they are cheap enough. dont buy the others, get this one.

i put this pump on my john deere 400 it works great

Worked for about 10 hours and failed in heavy traffic. Second one that failed. Replaced with a more expensive Edelbrock pump.

I felt compelled to write a review to inform others that are considering this fuel pump. First off, it is a good fuel pump. It seems well built.Now, after conducting several of my own tests here is what I found... The maximum amount of gallons per hour that I was able to produce with this pump was 22.2. The maximum PSI that I could get average between 2 and 3 psi.I resorted to conducting these tests after incorrectly thinking that my fuel tanks pickups, fuel hoses, fuel filters and/or fuel tank selector switch where clogged or faulty. They were not!I had this pump supplying a built Ford 460 with roughly 450 HP. For normal driving, this fuel pump is fine. However, once you put the carburetor / engine in any situation that requires more pedal, the fuel bowls will quickly run out of fuel. Causing your engine to bog down and possibly die.My solution was to run a p4070 style pump and pressure regulator to not exceed 5.5 PSI. Works like a charm now.I hope this information helps
