This has become a part of our family. And a saviour in Corona lockdown.
There’s nothing I dislike about the product. Is any software update required for this product?Any contact No where I can ask such quarries? Any additional gadgets with this?Kids Education Applications?

Different serial number of 43 inch UHD received.noticed after installation.
Kindly note that installation of 43 inch samsung tv is done .but the model we received is UA43TU8000KBXL..We noticed it after installation and then it was noticed.

You won't get a wall mount with this. You will have to buy separately which the customer care person will bring while installation.

Pathetic Tv and Shame on Samsung
I bought this TV from Vijay Sales trusting Samsung Brand name.The panel is leaking backlighting but Samsung refused to give warranty by saying that it is a product design and not a fault.I contacted there India head but still not getting any resolution.My advice is to stay away from this tvUpdate:- After Numerous emails and threat to file a case in consumer case Samsung issued a complete refund and took there TV back.

Darks are not good
Even I purchased it from vijay sales and the panel bleed light. In dark there are lots of whites at edges. May b they are selling faulty panels. SAMSUNG SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS. I NEED TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE

1. Brilliant resolutions2. 4K UHD seriously comes to life with this 43” - it’s an optimal size for a mid sized living room3. The software has a bit of lag - just hope it doesn’t get any slower with time4. 60Hz refresh rate is fine - 90/120 would have been brilliant on this
