My daughter opened these up brand new and only one will charge. I would like to get another pair but do not want the same thing to happen. These were a gift so did not get until recently. Was bought earlier.

Just purchased on Saturday Oct. 5th 2019. Headphones just arrived oct. 6th 2019. Left headphone works but the right doesn’t. The right headphone turns on but doesn’t link to my phone, it doesn’t play music at all. No sound comes from the right headphone except for “device connected, device disconnected”.
