Very poor Customer care services
Product is ok, quality is good as well as the Airtel company is a big name.But since June 2020 it has been stopped by the company many many times for different baseless reasons even the balance is present in the account..Despite my 15 calls and several emails the issue is unsolved. The services of Customer care are very poor and their different departments have no communication hence I removed all their set top boxes in my family.I am surprised and panic to see such laps by Airtel.
