I'm pretty frustrated. I bought this in September so that I could package up food easily. I wasn't able to use it until last weekend finally. Unfortunately, the vacuum and seal feature isn't working correctly. It worked one time where it would go from vacuum directly into seal so that it had a clean airless seal, but all of the other times I literally had to stop the vacuuming and immediately click the button to seal to try to keep as much of the air out as possible, but of course some sneaks in when you have to do this this way. I needed to get the product completed so I did. I come on to Amazon today to see what my return or exchange options are and apparently the window was only one month from my purchase date. So now I'm stuck with a defective machine because I wasn't able to use it immediately upon arrival. I will remember this and make my purchases more carefully in the future. But I definitely don't recommend this model, although to be fair, I could just have a lemon and all their other ones could be perfect.

The thing I didn’t like is that the manual doesn’t explain how to use the unit. I went on line and was able to view videos on how to operate the vacuum sealer. I am really enjoying using it. It is very easy.

its alright but you half to take your time and get it just right other wise it does not seal over all good for the price

I should have listened to the bad reviews..don't buy this machine! it doesn't have any suction! Think I will buy one at a store in the Mega MallMuch easier to return

The first one I got wasn’t a good one. I brought it to the company’s attention, immediately they responded & replaced it. So, the second one I received is working very well. I loved it!
