Potential steakhouse experience substitute
So far I am on day 28 (8/15) of aging 4 tomahawk ribeye and I plan to cook one this upcoming weekend. I macgyvered a wire shelf since the production model did not include this. Assembly was simple but it does take up significant volume in the fridge, as expected. So far, I am satisfied and will provide updates after evaluating actual results. A reminder to other beginners is that the aged meat surface will need to be trimmed in order to be safer for consumption. Day 40: added standing photo of ribeye

product defective and poor customer service
The Pro15 humidify fan was not working properly and it ruined a $150 strip loin. Countless emails were sent to get suggestions on ways to fix or get repaired. First, you can't reach anyone by phone, so good luck there. Second, emails are never returned and when they are it will be a week later(returned emails back and forth for 3 months!!!). Product was finally sent for repair and would be sent back to me promptly per Scott. Well guess what. you got it, no Pro 15. So out money and time. Would not recommend product.

Working well.
So far my experience with the steakager is just ok. I ordered the steakager in December to give as a birthday present. When we finally opened the box and tried to assemble the pieces, we had a hard time because the parts are not cleared labeled. As soon as we have our first steak dry aged I’ll post other review.

Missing parts
So the bag with the handle only came with one screw I'm guessing bc there was a hole in the bag that was half hazardly taped shut again so the box will not hold the needed humidity sufficiently

Easy to use.
Easy to use. Have done several hunks of meat. Finding 20 days is a good length of time for tenderness and taste.

Lies, wasted steak, and dehydrates your meat beyond what dry aging should do.
Lost around 300 dollars in steaks maybe more.

No directions
Product arrived with no directions. Trial and error putting it together. Seems to be made cheaply for the price.
