Excellent diamond sharpening stone.
This is a great diamond knife sharpener and has a nice leather case with it. Sharpens very well too. I have used diamond knife sharpeners and have one that’s good for pocket carrying.

Very handy to have for sharpening small edged tools. Not quite as fine as I wished it was. Should have ordered the Extra Fine.

Very Pleased
Very pleased with the Super Fine model. It's perfect for a final honing or to touch up an edge, and is small enough to carry while traveling. I have a three inch version of unknown grit (probably 600?) that is maybe 20 years old and this new one is every bit as nice -- both the sharpener itself and the leather case. Just remember to use a light touch and let the diamonds do the work and these will last a long time.

super fine diamond sharpener
This sharpener was exactly what I expected it to be. I got it for use with my KME sharpening system and it works flawlessly. the groove down the center for sharpening fish hooks is something I'll never need, but it is a nice feature. I've had eze-lap diamond sharpeners before and they have all managed to disappear long before I could see any evidence of wear of damage to the surface. Great product and dimensionally accurate.

I use these to sharpen my dental hygiene instruments... They come in a fine grit and are FAR cheaper than traditional dental stones and can be sterilized as well.. They last for years and are gentler on the instruments... Less destruction of the edge of your instrument when used correctly..I can make scalers and curettes last for a few years by using these with a gentle technique
