I did a lot of online research before selecting the Valencia Piacenza chairs for our home theater. We purchased two rows of three, each row with a loveseat. The chairs arrived ahead of schedule, undamaged, and were super easy to get set up. Each chair was in two pieces, and we simply had to slide the back into the base, plug the chair in, and we were done. The chairs are high quality and very comfortable. We love the lights that you can turn on/off, as they really help in a dark room. I feel very good about the value we received for the money spent. Although I purchased from Amazon, I received a call directly from the company telling me what to expect with delivery. They also communicated via email through Amazon multiple times. Finally, they followed up about a month after our purchase to ensure we were satisfied. You should feel good purchasing from Valencia.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had previously purchased a set of three with a loveseat and they were amazing. I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the material nor the build so we decided to by a second row. These seats are so nice and more pleasing to the eye in person, we love them. The quality of the leather and the appearance are excellent. The storage in the arm area is deep enough to stow a book, remotes or an IPad. I love how far the chairs recline and the accent lighting adds an elegant look. Assembly of the chairs was effortless. Delivery was exceptional and they arrived sooner than expected. Well done Valencia!

I took my time searching and reading reviews for several different theaters seats before deciding on these. I am so happy that I did! The ordering process was easy. I received a phone call from the company shortly after purchasing. They verified my purchase and gave me information regarding delivery. The delivery was as expected, actually better. I was told that the 3 boxes would be delivered at the start of my driveway which worried me because my driveway is long. I knew I would be home by myself at the time of delivery and was concerned about how I would get them in the house. Luckily, the delivery man delivered them to my garage! This was a gift for my husband’s man cave. Unboxing and set up was a breeze. The bottom of the chairs are heavy but my husband and daughter was able to get them from the garage, through the house and out back to his man cave with no problem. The material exceeded my expectations. They look and feel really good. They are comfortable. All the features work as they should. I didn’t find the light to be annoying or distracting. The recline is amazing! There is an ample amount of space in the storage areas. I added 3 full size wine bottles in them with room to spare all around, just to give an idea. I can’t wait to purchase the accessories when they become available. I highly recommend these seats and this company. They do not disappoint.

Have had this seating now for about 2 weeks and love it. It looks good, the leather is very nice and it was easy to assemble and attach the chairs together. Time will tell how it holds up over time!

Recently bought six home theater seats from Valencia and I got to say these things are amazing they're super comfortable. It's really awesome that you can buy accessories like a table or a phone holder for them there's a button on them that the LEDs lights up on the chair a nice blue the cup holders light up blue as well. My family loves these seats they say it's like sitting on a cloud. I am extremely impressed with the company. They were very good to deal with and the delivery was excellent. I would no question purchase from this company again and I will recommend them to everyone looking for seats.

Chairs are very comfortable and very well made., padded well and supple leather covered. What more can you ask for? Big cup holders are great too as well as the subtle lighting.
