Great product , Mr Holistic doctor recommend these to me to help prevent with muscle loss . My husband does cross fit and also takes them. However, downside is that you have to take several pills a day.

I have these on an auto renew since they are that good! My husband was the first to start using these probiotics because he was looking to improve his gut health. After two months of use he started to notice less stomach aches and overall feeling better, so I started to use them. Now we both take these every morning! If we forget to take them or go on a trip I do notice my stomach just doesn't feel quite as right as when I do take them. They don't have any smell or taste and I haven't noticed any after taste. As far as size goes they aren't any bigger than a regular capsule vitamin.

This works great for your hair and nails. I have used this for many years.
