2 Pack Lecithin, 1200 mg, 100 Softgels

We all need more Omega 3s in our diets. Triple Lecithin helps with the extra "3". It makes the "3" more bio-available from the fish-oils we consume. Not generally known is we likely get more than enough Omega 6. Literature has posted the possibility that illness due to excessive inflamation could become a risk from cooking seed oils (e.g., canola,corn) which are loaded with Omega 6s. We recently switched over to exclusively Extra Virgin Olive Oil for all hot and cold food preparation. While Olive oil only contains a small amount of "3", we are removing a higher intake of the "6" which we don't need. Back to the Lecithin .. it has noortropic benefits. I used it during the college days when cramming for exams. Always seemed to have the mental energy for the long, extended testing. And I got my "high A's". Now retired, I supplement my CDP Choline with Triple Lecithin. It's about the little things we do to keep our minds sharp and "telomeres" in the best shape possible. The Omega 3 oils are important and there's a ratio of 3-to-6 you need to shoot for. At minimum, your ratio should be 1:1. Unfortunately most folks consume 3-6 times more Omega 6 than they do Omega 3. That can cause problems. So we do one cap a day along with our "well-balanced" fish oil cap just to keep the "3" intake going & get a little noortropic bump as well. And if you don't take CDP Choline, I highly recommend you look into it. I recently went to the store leaving my grocery list at home. So I pulled out a scrap of paper & tried to "re-list". I put 21 items on that list + quantities. Later, after returning home, I checked the "improvised" list against the original. It was a match. I remembered the entire list. Not bad for an old coger of 70 years, humm? I've been taling the Lecithin for years & years with no plans to stop. They're an inexpensive adjunt to a low-inflammation diet with noortropic benefits. And this brand's caps don't seem to leak if they've been stored for a little while, which is a plus. So there you go .. Who knew Triple Lecithin was a Omega-3 adjunct and a noortropic helper? Who knew?

Allergic to peanut legumes. so I also avoid soy products just to be cautious. I never try to swallow the gel caps because they are so large, but I'm sure I could. Instead I bite and swallow only the contents, one cap every day -- it tastes like lecithin. Big surprise, right? I don't need all that gelatin anyway. :)

The product has good quality at a good price.

My wife takes religiously for her liver. It keeps her enzymes and bloidwork in check. She has used this for years, with good results.

This product was sent as a replacement for the sunflower based product we have been ordering for over a year. My wife has an alergy to soy and can't take these. Should have noticed that these can't be retuned - proceed with caution if you order them.
