MUST BE USED WITH A SINGLE HALL PEDAL SENSOR
This product (like most all the other Brainpower Controllers and S866 LCD Displays) will only work in pedal assist mode if fitted with a SINGLE HALL PEDAL SENSOR. If a dual hall one is used then the controller will only work with the throttle. (which is illegal on UK roads). This should be stated quite clearly on the product information so that buyers are aware of this before making a purchase. It is actually mentioned in the instructions that come with the product but even then it is hidden in small writing.Most E-Bikes these days use dual hall sensors so people, who like myself, don't know of this problem are going to think that the product is faulty.I feel that the real cause of the problem is that the sellers don't really know much about what they are selling however that is only my opinion.This error in the listing has caused me an amazing amount of wasted time and having to return items that seemed to be defective when in fact they were probably working as intended.

Not bad for the money, but also not a Sinewave controller
Not a bad controller for the price, but definitely not a sinewave as specified in the blurb, and certainly not that quiet, making a lot of noise when accelerating.

Controler display
The only thing i liked about is the display whiched ive kept well the controler is another matter only worked for a day and the 5v went what controles the throttle so took it off and that went right in the bin couldnt trust it left on my ebike so im stuck now till i can find a matching controler what will match to the display not happy at all

Just found it this morning it was full of water inside obviously cheap rubbish

Works but you might have to swap some wires.
This has a very nice display with lots of options. Youl have to download a manual as it doesn't come with one. I put mine into a bike that was made for a dmhc controller with a tc 480 display. To get it to work I had to swap the blue and yellow hall sensor wires and the green and blue motor phase wires.

Not impressed
I brought 2 set's of these and they are not working correctly all i keep getting is error 10 and a signal icon shows on display
