This leash extension does a great job adding a bit of extra length while also providing shock absorption for a dog that tends to pull. The resistance feels well balanced. Enough to soften sudden tugs without feeling overly stretchy or out of control. It’s simple, effective, and makes walks more comfortable for both the dog and the handler. A solid upgrade if you want a little more give without sacrificing control.

Bought this to attach to a bicycle leash system (https://amzn.to/4pDvj3L). The system has a stable bar, with an adjustable angle, so you don't have to hold your dog's leash while biking together. Since our dog occasionally pulls to chase things (squirrels, rabbits, dogs, people), we wanted to add to the system's built-in spring-absorbing system by attaching a short bungee leash, instead of using the steel cable that comes with the system. Combined, the shock absorption is excellent and makes it much safer and more stable when our dog pulls. Works perfectly, and in addition, since our dog is less able to pull where she wants to go, she's learning that it's less desirable to try, a real win-win!

These are great. I use it for walks and car rides with my pups. I do use connect the 2 bungees together to the harness when in the car because my dog likes to go from one window to the other and the seatbelt bungee is not long enough to give her that pleasure. It’s nice for walks if you have a puller like I do.

This extra leash works well. I wish it would have been a little stronger / resistant. My dog is 90lb and it works but not enough.

Or dog has a habit of chewing his leash. This product has saved us from having to buy many expensive leashes. Also has saved my arm from his tugging.

Bought these to help reduce immediate snap for our puppy who is partially trained. They have worked well for that, giving pressure before reaching the end. One issue is that the elastic is short before reaching the hard end but, our puppy has figured it out.

We have a 50ft lead in our back yard, we have a dog, about 31lbs and wanted to use this in conjunction with a harness so the bungee would help him when reaching the limits of the lead. It has worked, however he went chasing something and got thrown back and the clip on the lead snapped. Looking at the ad, they are careful and don't give a weight limit for the connector. We have had other dogs of various sizes, looking closer at the clip, its is for small dogs. I don't suggest using this with a much larger dog as they will break this easily, mine had to run hard to break it but he's not a really big dog either.

Really helped with walking my companion who tends to get quite excited when he sees other company coming through less shock on him and myself. i’ve also found that as my dog likes to chew his lead, probably lost about four till now because of the webbing he finds it extremely hard to be able to bite into it. Making it a much more pleasurable walk.

We actually bought this because our dog kept chewing through her leashes (she likes to bite and thrash when she sees things she doesn't like, its something we're working on, but she doesn't like trucks for some reason...) this worked really well, having two was even better incase she chewed through them (she did) they did outlast her trashing longer then other ones, and the bungee was a great addition for both her and us when she would do her trashing!

I love these bungee leash extensions, I always use these on my female husky. We have anti pull harnesses but these are a helpful addition due to having shock absorbers. They are durable and do last.

I am really happy with this lead extension. It works exactly as I wanted.
