Mix of three types of creatine works for me. I've noticed better strength and performance since I started using it. It's unflavored, so it blends well with anything, and the fact it's lab-tested gives me peace of mind. The only downside is the price—it’s a bit steep, so I usually wait for special deals. Still, it’s worth grabbing if you’re serious about results!

I have no idea if creatine variants outside of the well studied monohydrate offer any tangible benefits but the dosage here is solid and you're covering your bases for any upside with the other forms. I lift heavier with this than without, e.g. 10kg difference on my big lifts like squats and deadlifts but that would be true of any creatine. Still, it works, haven't experienced any sides so can only recommend. If you're budget constrained, just buy creatine mono, ideally a Creapure version.

Really do like mutant products, from protien to this. Noticed worked really well felt as I was able to lift more in the gym felt effective. Definitely recommend this to anyone

Tried this instead of my usual standard creatine monohydrate and actually noticed a decline in workout performance for strength but it seems to be better for endurance training

This product is tasteless, so you can mix it with whatever drink you happen to like "today". It has a nice combination of different creatine derivatives, which is quite efficient in my experience. You do feel the kick when using this product, and you do so every time you use the product. I haven't noticed any digestion problems or other side effects, and I don't gain weight by using this product.

There is no flavour but that comes in a good way as you can mix it with anything and it won’t taste that much different

When you have to dig deep while training, this delivers. Muscle mass is starting to be noticeable.
