Excellent Piece
Absolutely beautiful knife. Very well crafted, and I'm something of a knife nerd, so I'm a tough customer. The bone handle is stunning and smooth, and the blade is full tang (I believe)) and sharp. Seems very durable.

Great athame
Very great athame. It’s sturdy and not too sharp for my rituals.

Splendid dress dagger at a splendid price
The blade design on this stiletto is almost identical to the OSS commando knife of WWII and the thicker central spine gives greater strength than the somewhat delicate but more famous Fairbairn-Sykes. I'm fairly certain its design was highly influenced by the dress daggers of the Renaissance which had become more of a fashion appointment than a weapon of practical use even then. I'd always wanted an OSS repro to round out my collection of military cutlery but had never could justify the expense of a quality reproduction. When my youngest granddaughter got into the Renaissance Fairs and costumes I found my justification and one at the right price. It arrived the night just before her 15th birthday so I had time to examine it before I boxed it up again and gift wrapped it. It was a most impressive little shiv both in appearance and craftsmanship. It was functionally sharp when it arrived and the leather sheath adequately functional as well. It was even a bit higher quality than one would expect on an inexpensive knife. The guard and pommel were solid brass that accentuated the natural bone of the grip. It had the minor groove some have noted but barely noticeable. Since it was in the same location on all the photographs I've seen it may have been an intentional element of the design or it may have been one of the cosmetic imperfections one expects from natural materials such as bone, horn or leather. I found no looseness in the blade or or bad mating of the brass, bone and steel components. It was a beautiful combination of form and function that one would expect to pay at least two or three times its cost to obtain. My granddaughter was ecstatic when I presented it to her and that alone added immensely to its value. As a work of cutlery art or a silent companion on a late night promenade througth the seedier side of town, I recommend it without reservation.

Rust
The material is good and looks very nice but I don't know what happened but over time it began to rust even though I didn't use it much or I used it near the water or stored somewhere close to to water

Nice dagger for the price
Wasn't expecting much, just a finishing touch for a Renaissance costume. Turned out to be very nice quality for the price.

Splendid Sheathed Dagger for the Price
This dagger was a very pleasant surprise. it is handmade from Pakistan, so it's not entirely 100% perfection with some very minor cosmetic issues, but nonetheless it is very well made for the price. It appears to be made by craftsmen who knew what they were doing. The brass fittings on the handle are fairly heavy, so it is definitely a handle thrown knife if that's a thing for you. The blade is double-sided, and both sides are decently sharp but do need to be touched up if you want razor-sharp.The real bone handle is also a very nice touch. Be aware it is bone, so there is the problem of it possibly splintering if dropped the wrong way or abused. It will also change color some from sweat and oils on your hand, which will look nicer as it ages.It has a nicely decorated leather sheath, and the stitching seems well done. The leather is also fairly thick. It only has one snap around the handle to hold it in, but the snap is fairly stout. All in all I'm very pleased with this dagger and it's looks, and my wife was so taken with it that she bought one for herself!

Fell apart
The (pieces) to this knife came apart. Yes, it’s in multiple pieces unfortunately. It’s a cheap knife.

Beautiful Collector Dagger!
I received this dagger almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule! WOW, is it nice! This item completes a series of similar daggers that I am collecting, and it may be the best yet! This is the 10" model, and I have the 12" from a different seller! This knife was 1/4 the price of the larger one, but just as nice! I am not a taxidermist, but the handle appears to be REAL bone! The blade is extremely sharp on both edges and satin finished, and the hilt and pommel are polished brass! The absolute only difference from the 12" is 2inches, and the nub at the top of the pommel protrudes out 1/8" more! This dagger surprised me when I first looked at it, in that it is sooooo nice! Everything is tight and where it is suppose to be! I HIGHLY recommend this knife and seller! Thx, T.E.! P.S.- this piece could certainly be used for something other than display, but why would one want to risk ruining it when there are so many utility knives on the market!
