- Prompt response from seller- Seller met delivery timeframe request- The brass plaque is of a high quality finish and the typography (text) is deeply engraved- The care instructions provided are easy to follow- I ordered a memorial plaque which has been mounted to a granite headstone for nearly one month at the time of posting this review. The plaque has withstood harsh weather conditions from day one, as it poured with rain on the day it was mounted
