Batman Dark Knight Rises Child's Deluxe Muscle Chest Batman Costume with Mask/Headpiece and Cape

Costume looks decent and the small size fits my 5 year old perfectly. He wears it around the house to role play.The costume is very typical of Halloween costumes so we expect that we will have to restitch parts of it soon. The biggest problem is that the mask is deformed and don't fit well on his face.Overall, this costume OK. Too bad I had to buy gloves separately.

I ordered a child Batman costume that was almost fifty dollars and got a cheap low quality one instead. The picture and name said that it was a deluxe muscle chest but I received one without it. The belt was extremely low quality, the only reason I didn't return it is because it was for a birthday party and it was too late to order another one.

I ordered this for my every excited 4 year old. I ordered a small, based on my son's height. I was expecting something more like his Iron Man costume he got last year, but this is totally different. It has a cardboard chest plate and lightly padded arms. The hand holes were almost too small for my son's hands, while it was far too long for him. He was so upset because he has been asking for a batman costume for a long time. It's going back, sadly.

My son loves his new costume. He really thinks he is batman when he wears it. It is made if the usual nylon costume fabric which has held up for 2 short wears so far. The muscle chest is more of a firm chest plate than the stuffed muscle chest, but still cute. My son is 3, pretty tall, and about 32lbs and the toddler size which is 2-4 fits perfectly. He normally wears a 3T in clothes. The cape and the mask are connected which is nice. The belt is a rubber thing that is connected to the front of the costume. So far we really love the costume!

This is an awful product. My boy tried it on and immediately burst into tears because it was so uncomfortable and ill fitting. Returning.

There was a bloody bandage inside the costume, attached to it. It is ridiculous that I had to touch that to open my son's costume

My son initially tried this costume on in Spirit Halloween and wasn't impressed with the sizing. The Large looked like it would fit an adult (it was HUGE), and the medium fit well except the hard chest seemed to jut out quite a bit from his body. After a few days of reconsideration he decided he really did want it. We went back - they were out. I knew Amazon wouldn't fail me, and they didn't! All sizes available and free 2 day shipping...fantastic! I ordered on Monday and it arrived Wednesday - perfectly thrilled with Amazon's service during this transaction!Well.... as quality goes for cheap polyester Halloween costumes, this one is pretty average. Thin jumpsuit, but some extra details such as sewn on fabric "spikes" on the wrist, and the cape/mask is surprisingly well-made (it is a mask with the pointy ears and attached cape, and it velcros under the chin so it stays in place very well). I was surprised that it came with an actual plastic belt (not very realistic looking but it's much better than the painted fabric belt that some costumes come with.) My son is 5, 62lbs and 49" tall. He fits a size Medium well, it is slightly big but with extra layers under the thin fabric it fits great. HE is thrilled about the costume.The only complaint I would say is that because of the hard chest compared to the thin fabric, there isn't a great fit. The chest is constructed in such a way that it has to wrap around the sides of your child's abdomen. Tying the belt around the waist helps slightly, but since the belt rides lower than the hard chest material, it isn't a complete solve to the problem. It would really be better if there was some elastic around the back of the costume's waist area to help keep the chest-plate in place. I am going to purchase some elastic to solve the problem and keep it in place. Overall it's a good costume with some minor design flaws, but my son is ecstatic about it and the finished product honestly looks great!
