Build the Micro-Stim: Use Microcurrent Therapy to Heal Yourself

Good for novice experminters
Good book written to reach a wide audience, I would have preferred deeper and more detailed information. I understand the author is not a medical doctor (that is a good thing) but some medical theory and reviewed research would help lend credibility to micro current therapy. Small yet still a good book and I recommend it without hesitation.

Sounds very plausible
Read a little about the theory before trying to "build" it! I did my reading of this "cure" on google. This book was a gift for someone in my family and therefore didn't read the book myself. He said he enjoyed it and so I like it.

Recommend prototyping board.
Good book but parts and circuit board to difficult without experience maybe?

ALMOST USELESS
The schematics are very poor and leave one wanting for construction detail. The device appears to be an integration and redesign of the much easier to build and I suspect far more effective Bob Beck blood purifier/plant growth stimulator and in my opinion far less effective Hulda Clark zapper. The author does provide a small modicum of information to the uninitiated on the subject of CES; but in general I would recommend that the average reader invest their time and money elsewhere for more productive results. This seems like an unfinished work, and I was left with the impression that the author did the reader a disservice with a cautious writing style, an excess of medico-legal warnings and presenting an impractical device, that even so only appeared to hit the mark at about the 80% range. Absolutely nothing was given in the way of testimony or efficacy of said device. Overall this book seems much like a mid-level electronics school project and report turned into a book.

build the micro-stim
The book didn't really give any settings to use a micro current machine just how to build one. I was not looking to build one I really wanting to know settings for different ailments to use one

Microcurrent Therapy today
The book is clear and useable for building a unit, as an exercise for learning about micro current devices. At this time, in June 2016, the micro current method used primarily is Frequency Specific MIcro Current. There are dozens of specific frequencies available on the devices available to treat various problems. I was treated by an experienced physical therapist for joint and muscle pain resulting from an auto accident, with very good results. The cost of the equipment used for treatment is around $ 2,000. The PT used 6 frequencies on her machine. The device described in this book would be way out of date today.
