Q: Does it have a UK 3 pin plug?

It uses standard IEC C13 power input, so you can use any compatible cable.

Q: Hi, does this light come with any kind of carry case?

Nope, it does not. However, there are a lot of nice ones for not too expensive on Amazon. Would recommend that as it would also fit stands, other lights and even your tripod.

Q: is the fan noise audible all the time? straight out of the box I can hear mine when the light is obviously cold - is this normal or defective?

Yes, it’s audible. Just. Mine doesn’t pick on any mics (less I was mounting it straight above the light for some reason) but even with my highest quality Rode studio mics (NT1, NTG5) there is no sound picked up at all (even in tight spaces). If yours is loud enough to be picked up on studio kit it may be defective.

Q: Is the LED bulb replaceable ?

Not easily, it’s integrated. However these sorts of bulbs should last many thousands of hours and so replacement shouldn’t really ever come up. It’s a great light and for the money, you can’t fault it at all.
