you can have a try to turn off the cellphone hotspot and turn on again

Q: Does this come with all the cables to plug into factory harness making everything plug and play ?

I believe you would need to purchase a kit to enable it to work with your steering wheel controls, and you will lose the ability to answer the phone on the steering wheel (you'll have to press the screen). Volume and mode (things on the left side) work well.
