I have had this for a little more than a year now, and it still looks fantastic! I did have to have the better half reconnect it to the clamp that joins it to the key ring - because of our youngest son playing tug of war with a friend. However do not let that dissuade you - the tail is very well connected to the key ring, and holds together under regular daily use, they had to pull it really hard to disconnect it. Which although the fix was extremely easy they got into a lot of trouble for it.I get compliments every where I go. People love this key chain! And I mean Every where I go! I am often stopped to talk about it, check it out, or find out where to get one.I also never lose my keys anymore - I have been notorious at loosing them - until now. Which is an awesome bonus! Because honestly I love the feel, and thickness of this tail!*** I absolutely DO recommend this!!

**even though I have a three-star review before I've changed it to a five because my cat said so much fun stealing my daughter's foxtail, which is part of her Halloween costume that we ordered one just for the cats to play with. I might actually buy a third one for our second cat.**Chain broke after wearing a few times. Fixable, but still the chain still came apart.Packaged very well! Daughter LOVES it for her costume, and the cats even showed interest in it (might have to buy one just for them to play with!)Got more fluffy over a few days. better quality then expected!

Have had this tail for a long time and it held up wonderfully other than the clip! The clip is very flimsy but is also very easy to replace, so its a good idea to buy some replacements. It is real hair so if you’re against that i do not recommend buying this! And if you have cats leave somewhere where they cannot reach it as my roommates cat recently got a hold of this and destroyed it. Thankfully he is okay and didn’t hurt himself!

I got the vacuum packed tail and I didn't even need to use the blow drier like they said, I just turned it upside down and shook it a few times and boom! Fluffiness. It has a tiny kink in the very end of the tail where it was folded over but I don't really care. I'd been wearing it to work for weeks before everything shut down and it held up really well. I shut it in cabinet doors, splashed coffee on it and let my coworkers manhandle it and it was fine. For the price I got it for I think it's totally worth the money. I love the color too.

Item arrived on time. Tail was bushier than expected. It has a sturdy clasp at top to attach it to things like belt loops or purses. The fur is real and comes with a paper explaining that the foxes are not killed for their tails and are not wild foxes. So, take that as you may. I will say that the construction of the tail is a bit fragile. The metal ring holding the tail came undone while my daughter was wearing it due to someone gently tugging on the tail. The tail itself though is in great condition. We simply fixed the ring and reattached the tail. But be aware of this while you are wearing it. I will also say that the tail had no particular odor, which was nice as foxes tend to be rather smelly creatures. If you are okay with real fur, this is a great piece for cosplay/pirate/time period attire.

This is a really fluffy tail! It's not as long as I planned it to be, and it came in a rather small package, but that's okay. The tail does shed a little, has a weird smell, and the hook can be a slight pain, but it is beautiful and is the best tail I have ever bought online! I suggest when you open the package you should be really careful, and you should brush the tail with a wide-tooth brush. I really don't suggest leaving it outside, and you should be careful with it, since the tail is fragile. But, it does work really great for cosplaying and decoration! The tail is, once more, really fluffy and soft. But, don't expect the tail to be long in size, mine came in 41cm...

IT'S SO FLUFFY!Don't let the headline fool you, its a great product, and completely real feeling. Granted, it comes from a real fox so it should feel real.I was using it as a key chain but I have a smaller car and I don't want it to get dirty all the time, so I decided against using it as a key chain. But it makes a great accessory to purses and other things, as well as can make a good clip on tail!Wonderful product, beautiful, and totally worth the money.

I love the packaging. Just follow the directions and it will be extra fluffy. Make sure you clean it right as well. Don't be so rough. The chain is not strong by the feel alone. Be generally gentle with it and it will last.
