Love this stuff!
Love this stuff! As I get older, I have read that I need more fiber in my diet (post menopause), and this is perfect for my needs. It is flavorless, and mixes well and easily with my morning coffee. I don't taste it at all. I love that I can get my fiber in each morning now without gross textures or flavors. Fantastic stuff!

Dissolves Well, Fine, White Powder, Tasteless
This is the best psyllium husk fiber powder that I've ever found. It's not as coarse and grainy as some others and it's a white, fine powder. Doesn't have any taste (the others do) at least none that bothers me. It dissolves well in lots of things I've tried; protein powder plus slim fast, yogurt, even my peanut butter powder. Others do not dissolve well into all of that. This is the only one I'll buy as long as it's available.

The zip-lock seal needs to be fixed, and or, more glue
Its fine. The packaging is annoying. The glue that holds the zip-lock sealer in place starts to peel off, making it useless.

Best Bang for your Buck, Good Calories, Works
I total up about 20-25mg a day (you're supposed to get over 30 daily, I leave the rest to diet) which for most fiber supplements would break the wallet, leaving us deficient or eating overly caloric food to get there. This does its job and I don't gain or bloat from it - sometimes it makes me a bit gassy but hey whaddya expect.I pour the whole bag into a lined tin because using the bag is messy and I use my own scooper (which would be 4 scoops w the scooper provided). The trick is to add water and a shaker to your lidded bottle (don't even bother stirring unless you want to stand there forever) BEFORE you put powder in. If the bottle doesn't have a bit of water at the bottom, the powder sticks down there. After I do that, I top it off with some Kirkland unsweetened vanilla almond milk from Costco and a chocolate Premier protein. On its own I think it tastes like very very mild bran cereal, it's totally inoffensive. With those things you can barely taste it if at all. It just thickens & adds a sort of yeasty richness to the shake. It's very tasty. I'm sure it'd pair well with many nut & soy milks, maybe even regular milk (though I hate the stuff). It WILL dissolve it you work it right, even with thick liquids: Use a shakeable bottle! Start with that bit of water & a shaker! SHAKE the devil out of it! And voila, you get creamy results with 0, I'm talking zero, graininess. It's easy to wash out too. I use a bit of hot water and it comes right out.It works, even if I skip a dose here or there. I'm regular. Daily. Never miss a day - I use to go 2x a week. I feel like a new person every morning😂 You could probably get away with half the dose I do if you eat a lot of bread and carbs (I try not to) and then you'd double how long it takes me to go through the bag, which for me is still about a month to a little over, even though I'm about quadrupling the stated dose - not bad at all for the price. Highly recommend.

Great way to up your fiber content.
A very good product. Quality ingredients and easy to blend. Drink right away or it does thicken up. No gritty flavor or aftertaste.

Not effective and caused constipation.
I wanted to love this due to its dissolves and is tasteless but I have to say, even after doubling the amount I have daily, this seems to be constipating me. I know it sounds silly but seriously, same diet, same exercise and the only thing I change is fiber daily dose with this one. I have had to add my other supplemnt back into my rotation. So, I don't think this works well.

Ingredient in L. Reuteri recipe
I use this product as the prebiotic fiber for making L. Reuteri "yogurt", as recommended by William Davis, M.D. in his book, "Super Gut: A Four-Week Plan to Reprogram Your Microbiome, Restore Health, and Lose Weight". It's not as soluable in half and half as I'd like, but the powder can be mixed into a slurry with the starter culture and the end-product after fermentation has been consistent and very tasty. I do believe the health benefits are real as Dr. Davis' studies validate.
