Large amount. Easy to use and color as I needed. Good value for the amount. Texture was as expected for fondant. It was well sealed and very functional. It was fresh and easy to form.

I made a spice cake and for the first time I decided to try fondant. This fondant was great. Malleable, easy to work with. Great taste. Good color. My guests loved it!

I ordered this almost a month ago and was finally able to use it over the weekend for a friend's birthday. The texture was different from Duff fondant (which I've typically used in the past), it seemed a bit thicker/ coarser (a little hard to explain). The flavour is not as sweet as Duff but way better tasting than any other fondants I've tried. It was easy to roll out and work with without getting holes or bubbles, my only complaint was that it dried out very quickly once on the cake. Overall, whether you are a beginner or expert, or if you don't want to pay Duff prices this IS your best bet.
