Never would have thought you would need a different dough, or ideas for grilled pizzas, so glad I got this book. Not big differences at all, but such easy explanations and directions to show how this works for the grill so much better than just your regular dough recipes for oven pizzas. Very simple ideas for great tasting pizzas. As a collector of cookbooks (either hard copies, or kindle)...this is a definite yes to add to your collection if you enjoy cookbooks also.

I recently got into making pizza on my pizza stone. My husband is the "Grill Master" so he wants to try them on the grill. This book has so many great recipes, I can't wait to try them all. So many that I would never have though to try. BTW, pizza stone & grilled pizza is SO much better than regular pizza. Once you try it you will not want to eat any other style.

I highly recommend this book! Well written with great pics and recipes.

Wet is an understatement.. Just did the math and it comes in at just a little over 85%. This will never make a ball. It should be somewhere around 64%.

Awesome Pizza Grillin Cook Book. So many tasty recipes in here and just the instruction on grillen your dough/crust perfectly makes this book worth it. Get some home made dough, some really good deli meats and grill ! You're in for a real treat!
