It’s a rather surprisingly small bottle, but don’t let that fool you. It’s extremely strong and potent oil. I used it to help with shoulder rotator cuff muscle Injury recovery, for a gentle massage and improve circulation and healing. Was surprised by its strength and strong smell when I first used it , both you will get used to with the subsequent uses. Time will tell how well it worked for the specific purpose I purchased it , I can certainly feel it’s helping. If it’s a kind of product you have used before you won’t regret buying this. The bottle is bit of spill free which is helpful, allows you to get only few drops at a time. Personally I felt it was bit harsh on my skin in the first few uses hence one star less, no marks or patches but felt it was bit too strong for the skin. Overall good quality, does what it’s supposed to do.

Very very good for back pain. My acupuncturist recommended it to me. It smells lovely. It's cooling. I don't massage it in I just apply it to my painful lower back.

Disappointing. I purchased this following a recommendation from my therapist but could feel no difference upon application. Will try again, but cannot see what if any benefit this will have

Arrive quickly and well packaged.... I love this stuff !! If you can remember the old fashioned Deep Heat and Firey Jack before the EU put the heat out in them ? Well and you loved that, then you will love this oil. The smell is fab, but yr don't want to be night clubbing with it on after a weight training / gym session in the afternoon, with it being oil the smell lingers. You need to use it very sparingly initially, it is very hot and it does ease muscular pain for a while and arthritic pain too I shouldn't wonder. It comes in a very strong small bottle in a sealable plastic bag. I would keep it in the bag as well when not in use. What ever you do though don't rub your eyes or touch your mouth or any other delicate parts , its hot!! Think of chopping a chilli then touching you eyes.....wash your hands after use, Really recommend it, not for children
