This kit is way nicer than I expected. The black and yellow color scheme looks sharp and modern, and the tools themselves feel solid, not thin, bendy, or cheap. Every piece has some weight to it, which is exactly what you want when you’re dealing with sharp things near your fingers. There are a lot of tools in this set. Like… a lot. Some are obvious (nail clippers, scissors, tweezers), and some look like they belong in a spy movie. I don’t know what all of them do yet, but I’m confident I’ll either figure it out or learn something new about personal grooming along the way. The clippers themselves cut nicely. No unusual amount of pressure needs to be exerted and the cuts are clean. Most my dollar store type clippers I've had over the years, dull quickly but these are staying sharp. The case is another big win. It’s slim, well-organized, and everything straps into place so nothing shakes loose. Perfect for travel, tossing into a backpack, or keeping in a drawer without it becoming a tangled mess of metal. The case itself feels sturdy and closes securely, which is more than I can say for most travel grooming kits. I needed some nail clippers that were sharp. My old ones were chrome and slipped in my hands and were hard to hold. These nail clippers worked well right out of the box. The case they came in is a hard case, it is very attractive, functional and seems sturdy. More tools than I need. The price is right and the quality is excellent. I'm still trying to figure out what all the tools are for. The cutting edges are sharp. Just what a man needs. I would recommend this to everyone and it would also make a wonderful gift.

Overall, the tools seem fine, but the tools are frustratingly difficult to actually get out of the kit.

This nail clipper set contains everything you need for a salon-style mani, pedi and other grooming. The nail clippers provide a sharp, clean clip, and the nail file gives a softer, smoother file. All the tools are a nice size and have a good grip. I'm slowly working my way through this set and have liked everything so far. The case it comes in is sturdy and wipes clean. Because it's great value for money, it's an excellent gift idea. Love this product and highly recommend it.
