Works great , only thing that’s hard is the install but other then that the product works great.

The original screen that was in our Cadillac unfortunately cracked from the inside over time. I guess this is a commonly reported issue for all Cadillac Cue screens and it was an eyesore. As someone who takes great care of their vehicles this was very frustrating. So we found this online and decided to try and replace the old one. Only took an hour and an half but it does take some skill and knowledge to replace. There was about 40 screws and 7 cables to disconnect and then reconnect. But now it looks brand new as if nothing happened! Absolutely love it and for the price, you can’t beat it. I’ve inserted some pictures for reference. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the cracked screen while it was still installed but there’s one of it after it was removed.

Worked perfect. Fit just like original part. Took about 45 minutes to disassemble everything and put it back together. Found some YouTube videos to walk me through the replacement. Pretty easy job if you’re fairly decent with small tools.

Parts of my Cadillac screen weren’t picking up on touch so I found this replacement for a good price. It came it on time. My husband had fun trying to pull the old one out and put this one on but that’s just Cadillac for you. Once installed, it worked perfectly! Looks just like the original. It’s been replaced for a several months now and it’s still going strong! Very happy with my purchase.

read installation instructions before you purchase. One I got it, I realized it was more difficult to replace than just buying a different type of CarPlay head. Lot more money but works a lot better than the CUE system.

Received my replacement screen a day late (Amazon delay), but had no impact on rating. The replacement itself seems to be of same quality as the original. Had no issues with installing it, or getting the unit to work. The only issue I have is there is dust between the replacement panel screens, and no cleaning or dusting could remove it, so I have several spots of dust that show. Might have just been my particular unit, but other than that worth the purchase!

Thankfully I have a friend who was able to install it. He said watching the you tube video helped. It took approx. 2 1/2 hours. My screen started cracking from the corner. No apparent reason, but started spreading across the screen. Eventually it kept the air conditioner from turning off. Dealer said it would be $1200 to replace the cue. Obviously I am grateful that this product was under $30. Everything is working correctly again.

I lost 4 hours trying to install it and the truth is: The touch screen it doesn't work! Don't buy it, do not waste your time trying to install something that doesn't work!
