I bought a new house a few months ago and it had a Stanley garage door system that was about 15+ years old and the two remotes I got from the previous owner had broken buttons and they were a hassle to use. I bought these replacements, matched up the codes which is very simple, and they work fine - saving me hundred of dollars to upgrade to a newer system. Let's face it, these are just plastic devices so if you abuse them they won't hold up, but once they are clipped onto the visor they are safe and sound. I'd give five stars if they were a little more durable.

At first I was upset because it was taking so long to receive the remote. I did communicate with the seller and apparently they had ran out of them. When I did get my remote I found it worked right out of the box. No programming needed. As an older disabled person this was a blessing. I can’t speak to durability since I haven’t had it long but very happy with the functionality of it.
