Works great. Used it 7 years ago with my daughter. Bought again to use now with my newborn son. Fits perfectly on both the wide and narrow bottle ends. All the threads match up perfectly.

Sooo glad I found out these exist! It’s so nice to be able to use my million medela bottles with my spectra pump! Sometimes it’s difficult to get them off the bottle but it’s not anything that makes the product not worth buying. Good quality and do what they’re supposed to

I wanted to reuse my 8z Medela bottles to pump in the morning when my supply is the highest (bout 12-15 ounces per breast) with my Spectra S2 pump, which only comes with 2 small 5oz bottles. So, instead of trying to find a bottle that fit my pump, I gave these adapters a chance. They fit perfectly with the clear Medela bottles. They do NOT fit the ridiculously overrated Dr. Brown bottles; they will pop/slip right off when you tighten them, but I also had this problem when trying to use Dr. Brown bottles with my Medela Pump in Style Advanced flanges even though they were said to be compatible.

Exactly what I needed to convert the flanges to fit Medela bottles.

We tried this for our Spectra Synergy Gold pump flanges and they fit prefectly. Unfortunately the fit with Dr Brown narrow bottles is finicky, and the fit with the Playtex Nurser Pod adapter (what we bought it for) was even worse. A little disappointing.

They work well to connect my spectra pump to Dr Brown narrow top bottles. Easy to use and clean. I'm glad I got these!

I am an oversupplier, so using these adapters helps me connect my spectra pump to larger volume bottles. I have a set of work and a set to home. They are wonderful and help me reduce having to clean multiple bottles with transferring my milk. It is easy to use. It is hard plastic which is easy to clean. I am considering buy another set to have more readily available. Plus it is sooo much cheaper than getting the brand made adapters!
