Directions & description said that it works with At&t.We followed the directions, even read reviews with additional directions.Took it to At&t and none of us had any luck with getting it to work.Other reviews said they had luck - so if you have At&t - you might want to contact those people directly.

As common with many chinese android devices, malware comes preinstalled. Adups.fota was on this device (do a search for it). Avoid, if you don't want your data leaked.Also not very kids friendly. 24 hour time format only. Impossible to use keyboard.

It worked fine for 7 months and then stopped working. Its not even starting now. Very cheap quality product.

Got my product in. Been charging it for a few hours and still does not turn on. Not to happy about this

I can't really say anything about the watch cuz it's almost been a year and I still don't have it hooked up I purchased it for my granddaughter and she loved it but her parents were not so happy so they did nothing for a few months and then I got it back and tried to hook it up & failed and then I was in the hospital for a month and I'm just really needing some help but didn't find anything anywhere so I'm hoping this might get me in touch with some help before her birthday in August thanks
