I really like this couch as far as comfort goes for the price. The only thing I wish is that the footstool had more padding all the way over both sides. Also I am 5’1” and my heels just hang off the edge off the footstool, so if you’re tall, yours will hang quite a ways off. As far as the footstool padding, with my heels just hanging off the edge, I can feel the wood at my heels instead of padding, and if I bend my knees up So my feet are at the start of the footstool, it is the same thing there. Really hurts the heels having no cushion at that pressure point. Otherwise, the couch itself is comfy.

I think it's a good product considering the cost. The fabric is comfortable, so far the recline feature opens and closes properly and easily, and I really like the middle console feature. There was minimal, but easy assembly. Basically the parts popped in place. I gave it an overall rating of 4 instead of 5 for the following reasons. As other reviewers have mentioned, I think more money could have been put into the recline device. Instead of a manual push button or lever, there is a string buried on the side of the cushion that you pull to recline. It seems like it could break; I don't understand why they have this feature instead of a lever or button. Secondly, the size if fine for me. However, it would be a tight fit or too small for a taller or larger person. Overall, since I did not want to spend a lot, I'm happy with my purchase.

Ok so this couch is awesome for gaming with a friend or watching sports with a friend. It is certainly most comfortable when you recline. When not reclined, it feels a bit rigid. Still, I don't think that takes away from the couch and I love the middle console with cup holders. I came assembled already. Shipping speed was average.

It's too hard. Not comfortable at all! The pulls for the recliner are too deep between the seat cushion and the inside of the arms. Very disappointed! Do not recommend anyone wasting their money like I did.

I was hesitant to purchase such a large item online, I was worried about the handling and the possibility that it could arrive damaged. Boy was I wrong!!!, I am happily impressed with the carrier and overall delivery of this Sofa.the box it came in was HUMONGOUS!!!!! but it was well packed, and arrived with no issues, and no damaged, (i traced it since it shipped from GA, passed through NC and SC, and finally arrive in South Florida!! with no Issues.I was also very pleasantly surprised with the information I got from Amazon/Carrier. They told me on an email my order would arrive Saturday between ( 9 am and 12 M) and on Saturday at Exactly 9:00 Am my doorbell ringed! it was my sofa!!!! talk about punctuality!! Overall Very Satisfied. I know every experience is different, but if you are reading this, it means you are considering getting this sofa too, based on my experience I would Highly recommend it.

Not what I thought this would be

for the money ..this product leaves a lot to be desired... to release the footstool you have to search for the pullring "plastic" and then you have to wiggle and push to get it to recline all the way. getting the footstool to lock in place we have to get out of the chair and push the foot stool to lock in place. so when I contacted amazon support.. after about a half an hour of explaining..."call the factory and explain the problem! what ever happened to the release lever on the side? I guess you have to spend more money for that. if you look under the chair you will see the cut out for the lever. I live in a rural area so without a day trip, I rely on the net and amazon to get quality products. for any other purchases of this size we will get in the truck and stay overnight at a shopping mecca!
