Mission Titanic (The 39 Clues: Doublecross, Book 1) Hardcover – February 24, 2015

I have read all of the 39 Clues books, and I really enjoyed that series. I loved the fact that every book is written by famous writers both for kids and adults. So I finished the series and I accidentally stumbled onto the Unstoppable series. After I finished that series, I was looking for more books and found this. So I was reading this and I was like 'Wow' because I really like fantasy and adventure, and even though the original and Unstoppable series both had those factors, I like this book better.»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»SPOILER ALERT«««««««««««««««««««««««««When I read the last Unstoppable series, I was so curious about what was going to happen next. There were trailers and Amy and Dan wanted to quit the family for good. So I thought 'Is this the end?' and was so sad because I thought it was the end ' til I found this book, and this is much more than I expected. The Outcast wants to take over the Cahill family, and his first act is kicking out Dan and Amy out of the family. The Outcast is planning to put Dan and Amy to test and he has a really sinister test waiting for them. The Outcast wants to recreate the disasters that happened long ago. The first one is bombing a ship with explosives, which in the first accident was the closest thing to a nuclear blast back then. But now, technology has evolved, and of course, the size and damage of the explosion will be much stronger. And It's up to Amy and Dan to stop it. They face the guy who owns the strategy ship, and he is a weapon dealer. He was about to kill all of them when Ian rushed him and got out safely. Then they went to the police and they finished the first test I really want to know what will be the next test and how big it is. Can wait to read the next one :)PS. The hole series was really really great!! Loved every thing so much drama and Action I would give 100,000 start!!!

This book picks up where the others have left off and keeps you wanting to read more.These books are written by different authors but keeps the content which is very important for an author.It is full of adventure and mystery and keeps the reader engaged in the story, and it leaves you wanting to read more about the characters and their story.

This a a great book with a good storyline, it has all the good elements of the series. One thing I liked is how the book started abruptly and did not go through all the background stuff like the other series because by this point you should just start with the first series. Something I did not like is how the book was too short though. However Ian getting kicked out of the mansion and all the other Cahills agreeing to it seems fishy to me. Also I hope that the authors of this series don't try to make everyone happy like unstoppable, keep it more like Cahills Vs. Vespers where some people die, but there's a happy ending.

I have to say that this is the best 39 clues book yet. It includes many historical facts and is great for middle schoolers. THANK YOU JUDE WATSON!

If you are a fan of the other 39 clues books then you HAVE to read this series! Empowering for kids, full of history and geography and science factors, it is a wonderful and educational read for kids and adults alike.
