Q: Is the eye rust proof?

To be honest with you I don’t know I been taking showers with it on since I bought it and it hasn’t rust And I take showers everyday

Q: Can i adjust the bracelet smaller for a 4 months old baby?

You can, but I wouldn’t put it on a baby. The knot tends to loosen and it will slip off. It’s ok for an adult, but I think a bit dangerous for a baby or small child.
