This is a well made elastic support. However the kneecap hole is so small that it just sits on top of the kneecap. I wanted, and still want, a band like this that actually surrounds the kneecap and supports all sides of it. Seller might want to see if it can arrange for a choice of kneecap holes. I'm going to cut the hole larger and see if the edge of the hole can be adequately seamed.

Size is perfect for me. Support is very good. I bought a second, and maybe will buy a third. More comfortable than many which I have purchased for a higher cost. Durability: to be determined in a few months.

Doesn't fit. Bunches up at the top and left a large bruise on my inner thigh just above the knee.

My husband has knee problems and these stabilizers are a great find. They are so good he now has several pair and uses them every time he works out. They are confortable and durable.

Highly recommend. Great stability and support. Light weight and great mobility.

My purchase was to provide a bit of support for a nagging 'runners knee'. I'd previously used elastic compression style sleeves, but my doc recommended the patella hole style to support better alignment. the pros: The material seems heavy duty. The seams and patella hole are bound/overstiched well. The material allows flexibility w/o bulk during runs. The cons: The material is prickly and itchy on the skin-moderately annoying and doesn't diminish until I remove it from my leg. The patella hole is roughly 1.75" in diameter and doesn't stretch larger than 2". This small size makes it difficult to capture the knee. Sleeve is shorter on the thigh than I like, but covers the knee well. Overall length is 9.75". Sleeve doesn't have the beads/rings of silicone a the top of thigh area that other sleeves have. Adding this feature to this sleeve would help maintain better position. Without the silicone feature here was some minor slipping down of this area during my run. I purchased the SM/MD size based on other reviewers. I have a 16" knee, so it was on the edge of both sizes. I am certain the LG would have been too big. It was a fair price for a moderate brace. I've used it twice so I can't speak to durability performance as other reviewers have.

It's a perfect brace for my knee. Not cumbersome and easy to move.

I use this sleeve when I want to stabilize the knee joint for skiing, biking, and other sports when I want extra support. I like the boning on the sides, and it has not broken.

I already had one of these which I use for playing squash, so this was a replacement. It is much better than the sweaty neoprene knee supports available and the boned sides give extra support where I need it for my knee problem.

Diese Kniebandage ist empfehlenswert und ihr Preis absolut fair. Ich trage sie stundenlang beim Wandern oder sonstigen bewegungsintensiven Aktivitäten, ohne dass sie verrutscht. Sie ist angenehm zu tragen und ein starkes Schwitzen kommt auch nicht auf. Das Bein lässt sich dennoch abwinkeln, wobei sie meinem Knie einen guten Halt gibt. Der sonst übliche Schmerz beim Gehen bleibt aus.

Bought this for my dad who suffers knee pain ( no cartilage) he's says it fits well, feels comfortable and supports his knee well.

diese Kniebandage stützt sehr gut, wenn man so wie ich das Knie verdreht hat, und dadurch immer wieder der Schmerz reinfährt, die Stäbe seitlich schützen vor unangenehmen Drehbewegungen, die Aussparung an der Kniescheibe ist angenehm so dass kein Druck aufkommt, trotz dieser guten Stabilität ist die Bewegungsfreiheit des Knies absolut gegeben! Absolute Kaufempfehlung bei überdehnten Kniebändern :)

The sizing on the description is rubbish. Mine came and was way too small and tight so have never been able to return it since I threw the packaging away before I tried that thing on!! So on a whole very disappointed and doesn't deserve even 1 star!!
