Decent stroller
Lovely stroller, my 2 year old loves it.The only anoying thing is the placement of the front wheel locks, all my daughter has to do is rest her foot on it and the wheels lock when they're straight and I have to press them again to get the wheels to swivel again!Other than that perfect buggy for us

Not strong enough
Pro: It is light and easy to fold/unfold. Has some smart pockets, but very small. Even though it is small, it is comfortable for the kid.Con: it is not robust enough to navigate most of the uneven pathways, specially in cities like London. Wouldn't risk a new born on this one; my little one is 2.5 YO.The break mechanism for the front wheels is not good since it is positioned next to where the kids legs rest, so my son is constantly pushing it so the front wheels get stuck, which can be dangerous

Delivered with a defect (back metal bar was bent)
We bought this on Amazon Warehouse "Like new" but it was delivered with a bent and defective metallic bar at the back (part of the frame). We are returning it and now hope Amazon Warehouse won't hold us accountable.Overall, the buggy seems solid and comfortable, except the "arc" handle that seems to already be a bit unstable. If I was to buy MacLaren again, I would probably go for one that has not an "arc" but two handles.I also did not find the buggy very easy to close/open compared to the Cybex we had previously (but broke after 2.5 years of heavy use).

Awkward five point harness.
New handle difficult to fold.Pocket for phone/purse access impeded by strap to fold stroller.Harness shoulder straps cannot be easily released from buckle to insert a liner or cosy toes, the stroller can’t be folded them in place.Wheels are great and stroller easy to fold and unfold, definitely not one handed though. On the whole a little disappointed.

Disappointing
I bought this product during lockdown. I would have preferred to try before buying but that wasnt an opportunity because of store closures. The good:- the pram arrived quickly and it looks good. - The hood is large and the recline function is easy to use.- I can collapse the pram and put it back up easily. The bad:- the single handle bar is a real disappointment. It has a lot of give in it and so the manoeuvrability isn’t good at all, even on flat surfaces like the supermarket etc. My wrists ache a little after using it, even for short journeys. I loved the single handle bar on my last pram but this is rubbish 😢- the height adjustment range for the handle bar is very small. Basically a non-feature- the front wheels are smaller than average. So small that they get stuck in every little pothole on the pavement and get stuck on every bump. Very frustrating and also painful when you’re pushing the pram along and it abruptly stops because the front wheel is stuck- the button to lock the front wheels is right where the kid puts their feet. Why does this even exist?! Why would I want to stop, walk round to the front of the pram and lock the wheels to only go in one direction?! Needless to say it’s a game for any toddler to keep pushing the button so the poor parent has to stop walk round to the front of the pram, push the stupid button and start again! Aargh!!In summary: I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d had the opportunity to try before I buy. There are much better strollers out there.
