Worked well for the quinceañera dress

Needed a better crinoline for a cosplay costume I was wearing to a special needs kids event. This was perfect and filled the dress out way better than the one it came with. Nice sway and bounce. The metal pieces can be adjusted, which we had to do since it was actually a bit too big for the bottom of the dress. We just had to add some tape to them so they wouldn't come apart to their original size. It's very springy, like the metal pieces in car sun shades. It definitely helped make the dress. It started fraying just a bit by the end of the day, but that was because i was doing a lot of kneeling for pictures. I can actually get some fabric glue and fix them so it doesn't fray anymore.

I am **SO** DISAPPOINTED!!! I bought this to go under my civil war era costume and it is freaking tea-length!!! The bottom hoop is supposed to be no more than 1 inch above the ground! This is closer to 18 inches above the ground so the skirt bells out then drops like a wall!! COMPLETELY RUINS THE LINE OF THE SKIRT!!!! I was also hoping to wear it under my wedding dress that needs a little oomph to it, but no. This one is being returned as completely useless!

This hoop skirt did not stand a chance with my daughters quince dress. She wore a quince petticoat and then this hoop. The hoop bent and the top started to rip off from the skirt by the end of the night. If you have a light weight dress it would be fine.

It fits perfectly and gives my dress that perfect ballgown/ Cinderella dress appearance. The price was even better. I like this one more than the one I tried in at the bridal shop, and it's less than third the price!
