Works well, the finer thread for thicker metals that won't get stuck and snap off. Just should of bought the longer ones

Best screw ever for heavy iron
I'm a Vine reviewer, but this review is for self drilling screws that I purchased as a customer. I have been involved in steel building construction for a very long time. I'm currently repairing hurricane damage to a warehouse I own in Louisiana. I needed some screws that would drill through 3/8 galvanized steel beam flanges into 1/8" thick purlin steel. I took a chance on these. They are the best I have used or seen used. We have had no break offs. We did burn a couple tips and had to dump those screws, but that is very common when screwing directly through heavy 3/8" steel. We have no issues with these. I rate these the best I have used in 25 years.
