I purchased this computer now two years ago. It has been the best work computer you could possibly purchase. I can honestly say it has paid for itself over and over again. So much so I am purchasing one for my husband in the very near future. Hope this helps you decide. BTW this is my work from home computer..

This thing worked perfect right out of the box! Its fast and exceeds the specifications needed for my workstation at home...the only thing missing was the bluetooth 4.0 adapter, so I called the company and they told me they ran out of them but told me I can purchase one on my own and send them a picture of the receipt and they will reimburse me...tomato tomatoe, works for me...will purchase from them again. Excellent customer service

Used for school product is great value small hiccup product was shipped without monitor but they quickly corrected it also is loud makes noises when running but computer operates well and is extremely fast

Very unhappy with the quality of the computer. I got it all set up and was getting ready to install software when the screen went black and it gave me a error about a boot software. I call the tech support they want me to take the computer apart which I am not a computer tech...to see if wires were secure which everything seem ok to me...(again I am not a tech)...so we reboot the computer again and this time it frozen on the window screen. So they said they were going to just send me a hard drive to install. I reminded them again I wasn't a computer tech. After reading all other reviews on Amazon, I decide to just return the computer because I need a working a computer. Ugh!!!

Performing great I am very happy with the machine. I would recommend for anyone looking for a good computer at a good value.

Not sure why I bought a refurbished computer I knew better but here I am it has a huge vibrating noiseI'm not some to return I guess that's what they bank on

WELL WORTH IT!

After reading the negative reviews, I still wanted to give it a shot since the description for the specs of the compurter is very decent. I contacted the seller before it got shipped and they got back to me in a day(it was about the monitor). Now I have received the computer and there is no bluetooth function to connect it to my speaker, I contacted them for help (even though I know it is a missing bluetooth function so nothing they can do but return the unit) Not hearing from them anymore. I would not gamble to order again to see if I can get the full functional working unit as described. Will not recommend.PS/ The seller (SJ computer llc) is not allowing us to leave the review for them. This is a product review and it will not affect them since any other sellers can sell the same products. We need to write an seller review. They controls by not letting us leaving bad review on them so they can show up on the front pages when we search for these items). Leaving 1 or 2 star on this review will not affect them, it's basically you are leaving the review for the computer not the seller!!!)
