Perfect!
I have been using F10 SC for a long time, but it's a spray-and-leave solution. I have reptiles, and sometimes I want to use what I'm cleaning right now. This is perfect. As much as it disinfects, I kind of want to use it on the rest of my house! It doesn't have a weird cleanser smell, which I don't enjoy, as a frequent sufferer of migraines.

Best solution for cleaning around my parrots
This is the best solution if you have pet parrots! ITs veterinary grade so the surface will literally be clean enough for surgery after you’re done. If you let it sit for a bit it also sanitizes. So safe to use, you can spray it in your mouth or spray it on sprouts to serve to your parrots.

Awesome cleaner
The product is an awesome cleaner/ disinfectant that I use on my snake racks every time I clean the tubs. Also works well as a bathroom disinfectant. Only bad thing is the measurement lines aren't the best & there's no line for anything less than 1 gallon mixtures.

Apply for a minimum of 30 seconds
Great surface cleaner, kills bacteria and removes many viruses.We use in highly dilute form, spray on, wait at least 30”, then wash off. Great stuff.

Great disinfectant- doesn't kill everything.
Great overall sanitizer with a little sudsy action to break up grime. Does not prevent the spread of certain things, like yellow fungus, or crypto, and those will need to be treated for with ammonia. Clean with ammonia first, let sit for 20-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then use this product.
