The JOBY GorillaPod Starter Kit is a budget-friendly and adaptable tripod for your small camera, GoPro or phone. It can hold anything up to 325G and is flexible and versatile. Although it is quite small, it is also light and surprisingly easy to carry around compared to the average tripod. Unfortunately, the stand cannot raise in height and can take a while to maste the flexible legs. Another huge plus is that it comes with different extensions so you can mount the items mentioned above. Finally, it is made with durable and strong materials like: aluminium, ABS plastic and rubber. This means it can take quite a beating Overall, it is a great purchase if you're a content creator or aspiring photographer and is exceptional value for money!

It’s worth going for this one with the magnetic feet. Great for attaching to anything magnetic, like the car, to get perfect shots. Add a phone clamp and you’ve got the perfect setup. It would be great for heavier point and click cameras though.

Very well made, and obviously high quality. Only problem is the phone holder is elastic, so it's not the strongest holder, and the legs are too small for what I need. But I'm sure I'll have uses for it elsewhere so not a total loss.

Great little device holds my phone perfectly and stable.

I bought this to hold a small voice recorder (Zoom H1n) for use in a variety of locations indoors and outdoors. It is certainly capable of carrying the recorder and holding it at whatever angle is needed. But I had hoped to use it with the quick release clip and discovered that there is no attachment block to match it (the part that would be screwed to the recorder). I am puzzled as to what the quick release clip is designed to attach to and would love to know. If anyone knows, please enlighten me! But as I said, it is a great little tripod and very handy.

I bought this to use with my point and shoot camera (which weighs 300 g) and I'm very pleased with this GorillaPod! I've used normal small tripods before but they don't quite do everything I want. This is excellent to use on almost any surface or attach it to something with its flexible legs. The magnets at the foot make it sturdy and can even attach to a metallic surface vertically. I have used it a lot during the first weekend I've had it and very much recommend it! Make sure you get the right size for your camera, if you have a bigger/heavier SLR or DSLR look to but the bigger GorillaPod (maybe 500 rather than this one 325).

I'm not sure this will get much use. I thought it would be sturdier and stronger. It doesn't look like its built to last a long time and it's a bit too fiddly to use outdoors when you just want the shot. Those are quite big setbacks. The grip wasn't strong and I'd be worried about damaging the camera. However, the lack of weight certainly does make this a useful addition to the camera bag and you might be able to get some good shots from time to time in certain circumstances...possibly! However, I don't really see the point of using this for selfies, there are far better options out there. Nice concept but let down by flimsy build and design flaws. Too awkward and clunky.

Ce trépied est fantastique pour une gopro, un petit appareil compact, un petit smartphone. Il tient même dans une poche !! Par contre, il ne faudra pas attendre une très grande stabilité, ni même un réglage fiable de la rotule si le matériel dépasse le poids d'un des équipements cités ci-dessus. Ce qui est formidable pour de petit appareil, c'est les infinis possibilités offerte par ce trépied. - accroche sur du métal par les aimants - posé au sol, sur une table, un muret, un toit de voiture - avec les pieds entourés autour d'un poteau non métallique... et tant d'autres possibilités Attention toutefois à ne pas en attendre de trop, il est certes polyvalent, mais sera vite dépasser si les attentes touchent touche à la résistance aux vibrations notamment. Dans ce cas, il faudrait passer sur un modèle plus gros et bien plus stable (1K, 3K etc...) Rotule permettant un blocage fiable, mais d'une précision relative (compensable en réglant les pieds)
