Battery case
The case is fine and is exactly what we wanted. It shipped as promised. My only complaint is that it’s quite heavy with 2 batteries and a charger.

Velcro not secure
Disappointed. The flap is secured with a small piece of Velcro. Before we used it, I noticed the stitching around the Velcro was not secured. I tried gluing the Velcro to the flap but it did not hold. Did not have time to return the bag. Needed to go to the airport. Hand stitched the Velcro back in place. Wanted the sequel bag to show it was a medical device so it would not be counted as luggage. Will add more Velcro so it is more secure.
