My second order. First order has not been delivered due to damage. The second one arrived as scheduled but also with some damage. The instruction is not clear. At list the broken part is invisible in my case

These are okay for my use (a utility room), but I'd never put these in my kitchen. The sides have a cheap vinyl laminate so you can't even paint them if you ever wanted to.The quality control on these is awful. One of the sides had two large gashes in the vinyl, which caused the vinyl to ripple around the cuts. Very unsightly. The back corner of one side is partially crushed. And finally, the face wood is cracked in two places.The units come disassembled so you have to put them together yourself. Assembly is not easy. A unit of this size and weight takes a minimum of two people. The instructions are either incorrect or the shelves were cut about 1/8" too long because there isn't sufficient room to "slide the back into the unit" after the sides and shelves are put in place. We had to improvise, but we did get it together. Finally.An important note here for people considering this unit: while the unit requires assembly, the doors are already attached to the face and open from the left. There is no way to reverse them to open from the right without leaving unsightly holes in the frame that you'll have to patch. And good luck matching the paint and finish. So if you need a unit that opens from the right (like me), look elsewhere.Between this and the issue with one of the matching hanging cabinets we bought, we've seen enough problems with these that I would not buy again. Unfortunately we are at a point in our remodel project where we cannot afford to send these back. The worst part is knowing we paid over $500 for such a piece of junk.

Product is not of great quality. It had a broken side panel when received (could be due to shipping). Wood glue is the primary source to hold it together. What screws that do get used are hard to identify where they get installed on the brackets

Cabinet is nice but a little difficult to put it together. It was missing a shelf pin. Contacted the company and they don’t have replacement parts.

Ordered 2. One was damaged pretty bad. Had to refuse that one. Other one looked good. Wrapped in shrink wrap. After opening box I discovered corners on side panel damaged. Built it anyway to see if I could conceal damage. There were also some cracks in face wood. Was pretty easy to put together. I used glue every where. Make sure you have a drill extension and reduce torque on drill. Product feels pretty sturdy.

Every delivery of this item was damaged. The last one was finally damaged in such a way that the damage would not show, so I assembled it and kept it. Assembly was a nightmare.
