Did exactly what I needed, even if I only used it once. Delicate things require delicate tools, especially when damage is a result of improper tools.

Excellent quality and repeatability.
Admittedly, I am a fan of WIHA tools. Among my tool collection for control panel work I now have three Vario drivers and use them regularly in my work for tightening wiring terminations to the specified torque. High quality and long life make these worth the investment if you have the need. Very easy and quick to set and no chance of accidentally changing the setting while in use make these reliable and consistent.

Seems to work as advertised. I don't use it but purchased it for the operators in the shop and there has been no complaints so far. I think it uses smaller than 1/4" hex bits and these aren't as easy to find so they should include an adapter with this tool.

Great tool
Needed this for an expensive electronics repair with extremely low torque specs. Adjustment is really easy, and it felt consistent. Quality wise, it's awesome like any other wiha tool.

Used Product?
I ordered the torque screwdriver for a high precision process we have on our production line using a tool that would be difficult for operators to unintentionally alter. The driver repeatedly failed calibration despite the presence of the calibration certificate, and by the time we exhausted our options the window to return had expired. The unit we purchased had excessive scratches, scuffs, and even just grit/dirt on the labels. I believe we were shipped a unit that had been previously used or stored badly. Either way, we had to buy a TS-100 from Allspec, and that has worked fine for us.

High quality tool
Very high quality, German-made tool. Comes with calibration certificate. I'm very happy with the tool and it did the job I needed it to do.There was a review I read that said that the instructions for use are incomprehensible. They are indeed. The instructions consist of 4 pictures with no text in any language.It was easy enough to figure out how to change the torque setting of the tool, but I'm not sure what the other instructional pictures are getting at. I believe that they're supposed to describe how you change the tool from right-handed torque setting to left-handed (such as for a reverse thread). But I would not bet money on that theory.In spite of those crazy instructions, I'm very happy with the quality of this tool. It comes in a simple plastic box that will also hold other adapters and extensions. I bought the two adapters suggested for the tool plus a set of tips. I needed those additional pieces to make the tool useful.

Gently Tighten with Precision
These torque screwdrivers made by WIHA are hard to beat. For small screws or fastening into plastic, this driver, in the lowest range (1-5 in-lb) is a necessity. WIHA doesnt't say, but I recommend setting them back to the lowest setting after use, as one would do with other click-type torque wrenches.
