Incredible sound, great little speakers. The only reason for the 4 stars on the installation, is due to the rather cheap butt splice connectors. Had issues with them not really grabbing the wires. I substituted with higher quality ones I had on hand and had no issues with them. Side note, if you are installing them in a 97 jeep tj you will either need brackets or you can do what I did and fab them out of the old speakers at 9 at night.

Sound great for the price. Certainly nothing to complain about. Highs and mid range sound great. Nice and loud. Was plug n play.

Lil 4×6in speaker got some kick to it. I bought some boss speakers for my 04 silverado. Replaced front and back door speakers. Sounded like trash. Went back to my roots, all I ever had was kicker, bought these to replace them. Wow! What a difference! They got some kick! And clear, sounds good!

Tight fit into OBS chevy as the magnet bigger. But works fine... Need to heat up with heat gun and bend the plastic vent air duct on passenger front speaker to get to sit down in dash good... On rear speakers, just install some 1/4" nuts for spacers between speaker and pillar and works great... You could trim metal on cab but that seems like too much work. Good value

Great speakers for a kei truck, 1994 Subaru Sambar. With a little trimming of the bracket they fit the factory location and the tweeters do not interfere with the factory Subaru speaker grills.

I sadly installed these speakers in the hardest location on my truck, thinking (incorrectly) that they would be the better of the two pairs I bought. I was WRONG - the Sony speakers are way better than these, cleaner and fuller base and way more mid and high response, at a higher power setting. (short review ends here /grin) I bought a pair of Sony XS-R4646 speakers at the same time as these (and they are 1/2 the price) - (honestly they only had 1 pair at the time). I installed these speakers (the kickers) in the rear door pillars (that takes a couple of hours to get to, removing the seat belt retainers and all the trim pieces). In any case I put both front (Sony) and rear (Kicker) balances on the new amp in the full OFF position and work Forwards from there. Turn the stereo on and VOL at 75%, only the front plugged in and then increase the input level until you have some distortion, then back off a touch. Same procedure on both sets of speakers (front and rear). The Sony speakers are set about 80% on amp input and the Kickers are at about 50% (when mid distortion started) - (in simple terms the Sony speakers will handle about 30% more power without distortion than the Kickers (these)) If you are wondering I use the fade on the stereo for balance, and normally the rear has a touch more to fill in for center to start with. I will also add I use the stereo (Android) inf. adjustable crossover for the bass cutoff. (so both sets of speakers are seeing the same freq on the bass to mid) In any case, these are BETTER than the Pyle (the truck came with) or the Boss (I threw in to try), but no where near as good as the Sony - I will add that the Infinity out-class the Sony, but at $100 more (for a farm truck with loud exhaust) I can by ear-buds. In any case, Sorry Kicker, these speakers value are no where near the cost - and if I was not so busy I would return them (and may think on that as well). Thanks for reading a long review.

Suenan bien, supongo que hay otras marcas que suenan mejor pero por el precio a mi me parece que cumplen.

Sounds a lot better over the factory Kenworth speakers

Installed on my 944, the original covers stick out a few mm but nothing too tragic, at least I don't mind it, and the improvement in sound quality is definitely worth the trade off. Totally recommend them!
