Good quality, firm tofu
Good quality, firm tofu. Great for salads and grilling. It's flavorless, so you really need to work with it to get taste in. But that's what I like about tofu, the versatility of spices and ingredients you can use with it.

Buy a different brand
It had been previously frozen. It makes it spongy.

Not firm whatsoever
This tofu isn't firm whatsoever. Falls apart when dicing and while cooking.

It's a HARD PASS and a complete NO. It's not for Asian cooking just for want to be vegans.
It's a firm no for me and the firm in my no is firmer than this tofu. I'm part Asian and I've been eating or cooking with tofu for much of my life. This is a tofu that seems to be strictly for those trying to be vegan/plant-based.I'm guessing that they use in recipes like tacos and chili, etc. but this is NOT for any type of Asian cooking. It is way too watery and requires extra steps of draining and pressing it to try to remove much of the excess water. However, the consistency is still way too crumbly to be used in any type of Asian cuisine. I made the mistake of buying some during this pandemic being that I couldn't get to the Asian market. I have another container in my fridge and I also noticed the exteamly long shelf life, which seems odd for tofu. Most traditional Asian tofus have a shelf life of a few weeks, this one has a shelf life of a couple of months. So it makes me wonder how they got the no GMO-rating. I hope that everyone trying to be vegan knows that too much soy is not good and to use in moderation. And, how are they selling this product on Amazon with no refrigeration? It makes me suspect that this product definitely has some type of preservatives and weird things with it.
