Equate Mature Adult 50+ One Daily Complete Multivitamin Compare to Centrum Silver I got a 450 count bottle instead of 2 220 count bottles. At first I thought I was cheated but then realized I was getting 10 more pills. I was happy.

Too much can be quite dangerous.
Interesting talking with my Primary Physician: If one eats a healthy diet, refrains from excess use of sugar, alcohol, there is almost NO NEED for multiple vitamins....AND in many cases an overuse of certain vitamins, is quite dangerous. I took this advice, and decided to stop using them.
