Well... it cracked
EDIT 12-13-16: For the last month and some change I have been trying to (unsuccessfully) patch a hairline crack that developed on the bottom of the jug. It just won't work, folks, so chuck it if it gets a crack (and this is a big blow to the beanbag because I like fixing things). Hate to say it, but the lack of flexibility in the plastic material caused a crack when air pressure changed inside the bottle simply from drinking. Imagine crinkling a soda can and how it splits slightly at the crease. Yeah... that. Changing my review accordingly: a jug that isn't water-tight is a glorified sprinkler drip system. Sorry Bluewave, ya lost me.Original review:I live in the desert, and am a craftsman by trade, so a large amount of water at all times is a necessity. I've been using jugs for years now and occasionally retire and replace them when I feel the plastic or some other feature is degrading. Like I said, my life is desert living and tool working, so things don't last long despite one's best efforts. Anyways, this jug is great and lives up to its required functions. The BPA Free labeling is nice, not really sure what it's all about but I figure the more you take out of a plastic material that comes into contact with stuff you digest, the better. No three-eyed kids with glow in the dark skin down the genetic line, I suppose. I should note that it had a really funky industrial smell to it when I first unscrewed the lid. I have ZERO idea what it was and didn't like that surprise, but after filling it with warm water and shaking the bejezzus out of it like three or four times the smell vanished. Maybe it was some factory mold-release residue or something.I accidentally bought the purple-ish one and only realized it after it had shipped, so I was kind of bummed. But since no one else is ever going to have a purple jug I feel like that mistake will mean no one at work will accidentally confuse mine for theirs. In terms of physical features, the handle is nice and works well with my long fingers and wide palm. There's an alternating bumpy and smooth surface, not sure what the advantage is but I suppose if you grab it mid-body instead of at the handle you'll... have a good grip? The middle ribbing helps with that, too.The main threaded cap both comes off as well as stays secure when needed, no accidents there. The push-nozzle works pretty well, and holds the liquid at bay even if you don't completely seal it. If you do pound it shut and completely seal it, you're 100% good. There's even a little bit of force required to get it open when fully sealed, so if you're super weak... use your teeth, I guess. The nozzle doesn't have a "locked" up position, so sometimes the nozzle can push back slightly and reduce water flow when drinking. My previous jug had the up lock, so I miss that feature. There's also a little clear plastic cap that I never use. It doesn't click in very well at all and I'd just end up losing it and wasting 12 seconds of my life looking for it before giving up. In my opinion, if you have a clicky cap that secures onto a nozzled container, you better be able to lift the entire container up by the clicky cap without it coming off. Otherwise, just don't even bother, it's basically a glorified dust guard at that point.Anyways, buy it, you'll like it.

Leaks
This was a replacement for a similar bottle that I have had for years. The quality of the bottle itself is good. What is not good is the quality of the gap, which comes in 2 parts. The part that screws into the bottle that has a pull up suction and a clear snap cap for the suction portion. The screw portion does not go on smooth on the bottle. Is the bottle is tilted on the side it leaks. The cap does not snap well an comes off. I did not use the bottle right away when I bought it. So I am stuck with it.

My favorite bottle ever !
Everyone who knows me knows that water and I are not the best of friends ! However, this all changed once I purchased my first Bluewave Water Jug ! I LOVE IT ! I love the color options, the top of the bottle and the amount that it holds. I also appreciate how light it is and easy to drink from considering its capacity. However, not everything is perfect and if I could change somethings about it it would have to be how water falls sometimes from the top when it is in a bag so I always have to hold the bottle in my hand. Also, it is pretty fragile so please be careful not to drop it ! Yet, for the price and the ultra speedy delivery (I received it overseas within 4 days with the free shipping option) it is very very worth it...Thank you :)

Plastic Cracks Easily
This is my seconds on of these bottles. I accidentally cracked the first one by squeezing it and wanted to get something different and better. But after searching around I decided this bottle fits my needs best. Though it does seem like this bottle is made with a more flexible plastic than the original one that I had. Either way its a water bottle, holds the amount of water that I want, has a handle, and is easy to drink from. I'm not overly concerned about the plastic since I'm not heating the bottle.Update: I bought second one and it cracked within a few weeks. Very brittle plastic as it almost shatters! I won't be purchasing another one of these and won't be recommending them either.

Great water bottle
Updated review:I loved this water bottle for the first 8 months. But last week I dropped the bottle. It fell some three feet and landed on it's side. A crack spread across the middle of the bottle, and that was the end of the water bottle. That being said, I'd still give this water bottle 4 stats for functionality and lack of spilling (see my original [5-star] review below). It appears you get what you pay for.------------------------------Original review: (5 stars)I've been using this water bottle daily for roughly six months now. It is easy to fill and clean (I run it through with water and let dry), and the water does not taste like plastic - even after sitting in a hot car all day. The side handle makes carrying this bottle easy, and the (empty) bottle is quite light. The nozzle can be difficult to open, but you get used to it.

Amazing!
I bought this for the master cleanse, and it was great! Not too big, but big enough to hold enough of the juice to last me through 8-10 hrs of work every day. Doesn't leak at all, the material seems to be very sturdy (I can't even remember how many times I've dropped and abused it) and it's pink! What more could I ask for? I just wish the bottle cap's plastic cover thing was attached to the cap (like a sports cap) because I lost it within a few days. Of course that's not Bluewave's fault but it's just a suggestion! I still use this every day to drink my recommended 8 cups of water a day! I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a good sturdy bottle.

Great to Hydrate!
Drink 2 to 3 of these bad boys a day. You'll be peeing up a storm, but it will help you stay very well hydrated, lose weight, and feel better every day! The product is excellent. It is very durable, never tastes like plastic (even if it sits in the car for a few days or in the sun), and it is easy to drink from and refill. Overall, totally worth every penny!
