If you have a single horn, you'll have to make or buy a harness that has connections for two horns. It's really simple to do. These horns are 1.5 amps each if I'm not mistaken, using 3 amps when sounded. If the draw isn't significantly higher than your stock horn is, then you should be fine without having to modify the electrical system other than the split harness.
